Blauwe Vinkjes
With their debut performance, Blauwe Vinkjes won the Dutch theaters last season. Kevin van den Berg and Manon Blaauw dived as fresh, uninhibited autodidacts in the deep end of the cabaret pond, gradually learned to swim and float. And how! The cabaret duo played a record number of performances and managed to bind an enthusiastic audience.
In "Poeha", blue check marks grabs the chance to become even more personal. Without hesitation, they put their finger on the sore spot for everyone and they take everyday pooha mercilessly. In their characteristic style, they increase and twist recognizable situations. From consent to content and from opera to amusement park; Expect an evening full of sizzling and hilarious sketches, colorful characters, infectious songs and everything sharply intertwined with current events.
About the cabaret duo
Blauwe Vinkjes was the finalist of the Cabaret Festival Cameretten in 2021 and went home that same year with the public prize of the Amsterdam Student Cabaret Festival. Director Ruut Weissman describes their style as "a traditional theater form in the spirit of this time". In 2025-2026, Manon and Kevin present their second theater performance, in which they again put a review-like theater style in their hands with a contemporary vision and form.
