If a dog and a police officer are injured during their service, only a daring operation can save their lives. And so Dog Man, Half Dog and Half Agent is created. As long as he is not distracted by squirrels, Dog Man is busy protecting the city against his arch enemy: super villain Karel de Kat. But with the arrival of the cute kitten Kleine Karel, a clone of Karel, everything changes for the two rivals. With jokes, jokes and a lot of feeling, Dog Man shows how the power of love (and of kittens) can bring even the greatest hairy enemies together.
