In this film, the world's most beloved bear travels back to his native Peru to visit his aunt Lucy. Once there, he soon ends up in an unexpectedly exciting and mysterious adventure. Paddington receives a letter that his aunt Lucy - who lives in a home for elderly bears in Peru - is very missing. He decides to visit her as quickly as possible and together with the Brown family he leaves on an epic journey that none of them will soon forget. In Peru they meet new friends, such as the guitar playing mother superior who runs the home and the turbulent river boat captain Hunter. When they go out with the latter, this Paddington and the browns brings rainforest and to the tops of the Andes Mountains.
