About Pieter
Comedian, comedian, actor,... You cannot stick one label on Pieter Verelst. He studied and took his first steps in comedy in the Netherlands. In 2014 he made his debut with his comedy show 'Mijn Broer en Ik' and immediately won the Groningen Student Cabaret Festival. Two years later he also won Cameretten. This opened the great gate to Flanders and he, like Jade Mintjes, was featured as one of the 8 promises in 'Voor De Leeuwen' on one, Fri.
With his second comedy show 'Amai' and his next, 'Ten Aaarzel', he has permanently put himself on the map as a comedian. He received rave reviews and is considered one of the most exciting comedians of his generation.
