After the success of her previous personal solo performance Furthermore , Simone Kleinsma returns to the theaters. This time with the sidekick Paul Groot by her side, with whom she played evening after night before sold -out halls in the Hit Musical De Hospita .
Under the direction of Ruut Weissman and accompanied by the fantastic three -man band, led by Menno Theunissen, Simone brings a show full of beautiful new songs, humor and emotion.
In this performance specially written for Simone Kleinsma, with texts by Frank Houtappels, André Breedland, Jan Beuving, Jurrian van Dongen, Peer Wittenbols, Paul Groot, Yentl Schieman & Christine de Boer, Simone Kleinsma and Paul Groot take her audience to an iconic place in the city of Amsterdam. Where her father operated a gas pump in the sixties. If you look at the beautiful black and white photos from that time you feel the sizzling of these exciting years. With the eyes of an adult woman, Simone now looks at the city and the world of her childhood.
