Ryan Coogler — director of 'Black Panther' and 'Creed' — delivers a new take on fear in Sinners with Michael B. Jordan in the lead role. To escape their problematic lives, two twin brothers (Jordan) return to their hometown to start over. But there appears to be an even greater evil waiting for them. “If you dance with the devil, one day he will follow you home.”
Written and directed by Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Coogler, Sinners stars Jordan in a dual role. Also starring Oscar nominee Hailee Steinfeld, Miles Caton, Jack O'Connell, Wunmi Mosaku, Jayme Lawson, Omar Miller and Delroy Lindo.
The film is produced by Zinzi Coogler, Sev Ohanian and Ryan Coogler. The executive producers are Ludwig Göransson, Will Greenfield and Rebecca Cho. Coogler's skilled team behind the scenes includes, among others, the people he worked with on the Black Panther franchise: director of photography Autumn Durald Arkapaw and Oscar-winning production designer Hannah Beachler, composer Ludwig Göransson and costume designer Ruth E. Carter.
