The Valkenswaards Chamber Orchestra presents the atmospheric "Candlelight Concert" this afternoon. Classical music is interspersed with special poems and brings you to the mood of the holidays for us. You listen to, among others. The atmospheric Peer Gynt Suite by Edvard Grieg and the beautiful Lark Ascending by Ralph Vaughan Williams.
The Valkenswaards Chamber Orchestra presents itself at its best in an afternoon full of musical highlights. The musical leadership is last in the hands of the inspiring conductor Martijn Pepels who says goodbye to the orchestra with this concert after 10 years.
"Candlelight Concert" brings the most beautiful melodies and poems together and is a special experience for both the seasoned visitor and the newcomer.
