Back to the Country
Back to the Country is experiencing a crown edition this season with the 15th part of this longest -running country music production. Do not expect innovation, nor do they do not encourage new -fashioned directions, just Johnny Cash and John Denver and everything in between.
Better than the phrase from Neil Young's classic "Back to the Country", the traditional opener of the show, we can't say it: "Back to the country, Back Where it All Began".
What is of course different from the previous shows are the carefully selected "new old" titles from the country music of the last century that are ready to surprise the visitor.
The acts, soloist Dick van Altena and the band Savannah, still have enough adrenaline after the two-hour show to provide a festive after-party in the foyer of our theater.
In short, back to the country, part 15: much of the same while everything is different.
