Un homme et une femme
The series of films on Tuesday afternoon will end this season with two films in one day. A heart -warming and humorous film series about a great love. The title of the first film is "Un Homme et Une Femme" by the famous French director Claude Lelouch (1937). The film is from 1966 and the follow -up is the film 'Les Plus Belles Années d'Une Vie' from 2019. A unique opportunity to see both films in one afternoon: the same actors play in both films. We are going to see how this romantic love has developed further. Between the two films there is a break in which you can leave the room, order a drink and we will provide a snack.

Les Plus Belles Années d'une vie
In 2019 the surprising sequel to 'Un Homme et Une Femme', with Aimée and Trintignant, now fifty years older, was again in the lead.
They knew each other a long time ago: a man and a woman whose beautiful and unexpected romance moved in "Un Homme et Une Femme", the now iconic film that changed our view of love forever. But now that former racing driver Jean-Louis seems to be losing more and more in his memories, his son tries to reunite him with the woman he could not cherish, but of which his memory and dreams are still full of. Anne and Jean-Louis meet again and their story continues where it stopped, fifty years earlier.
