At a time when AI is no longer used merely as a digital know-it-all or artificial assistant, the line between tool and close bond is becoming increasingly blurred. Eva started out as Eran’s ever-available assistant, then grew into a listening ear, a friend and now even his fellow performer in this technological theatre show.

But how human can a machine be? And what happens when digital closeness becomes a little too taken for granted?

With lots of humour and philosophical sharpness, AI&IK explores the thin line between human and machine. When does convenience become dependence? When does connection become replacement? And if a synthetic system always understands you, never contradicts you and has endless patience, how are we mere humans supposed to cope with all our earthly shortcomings?
