In Almost a Life, Golden Calf winner Sinem Kavus and Louis d'Or winner Emmanuel Ohene Boafo play a couple that is actually separated, but seems condemned to a shared life in the same house due to the scarcity on the housing market. How do you choose someone else (and yourself) in a time when external images constantly prescribe what a successful life looks like? What remains when love wears out, but the price of living alone turns out to be higher than that of staying together?
