Femme Vitale - Tineke Schouten
Sitting behind the geraniums, whiling away retirement, is not for her. But to be fair, getting out from behind them is a lot harder than it was 20 years ago. So as not to disappoint her audience, Tineke is doing all she can to stay fit and healthy on stage for years to come. What is the secret of eternal youth? Joining in with Nederland in Beweging on NPO 1 every morning? Or is it more something like De Perfecte Verbouwing on RTL 4?
In her 28th (yes, you read that right) show, roaring laughter alternates with moving songs, accompanied by Tineke’s regular musicians. For her audience – now four generations strong – Tineke bares all. Well, álmost all. Because lately the queen of comic characters prefers to wear something with longer sleeves.
Femme Vitaal takes a spiritual journey towards inner beauty and primal strength. Lovely, of course. But Tineke is also simply glad to still be alive. Young at heart and with her GP’s approval, she is hitting the road once again.
