The Leids Cabaret Festival has been an important festival for young and upcoming cabaret talent since 1978. With ambassador Jochem Myjer and former finalists such as Najib Amhali, Paulien Cornelisse, Wim Helsen, Sanne Wallis de Vries, Sara Kroos, Tim Fransen, Lisa Ostermann, Kasper van der Laan and the most recent winner Alina Sharipova, one thing is certain: the LCF has been a goat's path to the top since 1978.
