Through a video game, two brothers end up in a fantasy world and meet various fairytale characters from the famous stories of the Brothers Grimm. The dancers show what they are good at: dizzying pirouettes, impressive jumps, jerky popping-and-locking movements and astonishing head spins.

Grimmis one of three joint productions by Marco Gerris and Ernst Meisner, the artistic leaders of hip-hop dance collective ISH Dance Collective and the Junior Company of Dutch National Ballet respectively. According to them, the fact that their backgrounds are completely different is precisely their strength.

Immediately after the performance, visitors will have the opportunity to have their picture taken with three cast members in costume (in varying compositions). Please note: due to the departure schedule of the cast, there is only a short time for this (up to a maximum of 10 minutes after the performance).
