A divorce. A house that cannot be sold. And feelings that cannot be moved. How long can that last?

In Roommates we follow Claudia, Kai and their teenage daughters during a year full of misunderstandings, new loves, old feelings and far too little privacy. While they are forced to continue living together, they struggle with their divorce, their children, their new lovers and, above all, with themselves.

Some feelings prove to be more persistent than you would like. As boundaries blur and emotions collide, it becomes painfully and hilariously clear that love sometimes returns when you least expect it.

Roommates is a sharp, recognizable and wonderfully honest romantic comedy about life as it is: messy, moving and often very funny. For everyone who lives together, has lived together, or continues to bravely try to do so.
