In Real Life (IRL) - De Toneelmakerij
AMA Skam and Win You Love are whole days and nights online: Tiktok Challenges, Beauty Trend Vids, DIY Tutorials, Memes;In any case, IRL: that whole dictatorial outside world full of panicked parents who invade your room door, outlined teachers who want to enter useless knowledge and a whole army of adults that you mainly show how you don't want to be. Are you going to convince ama and win to come back to IRL, or would you rather go with them?
The impact of new media and technology on our lives is drastic. The theater maker previously made two performances about growing up in the digital age: Snowflake (2019) and rabbit hole (2023). In rabbit hole we experimented with a new form of direct digital interaction. With in real life we take the next step in producing innovative and daring tech performances.
