Kapsalon de Musical is a new Dutch-language musical set in an Afro hair salon: a place where stories, music and generations come together.

When Quin (21) inherits her deceased father's hair salon and considers selling it, she discovers that her true legacy is not in stones or money, but in the community that comes together there. The performance moves between lived pain and euphoric joy, between loss and resilience.

With musical symphonies that are supplemented by a broad mix of influences such as afrobeats, hip hop, gospel, kaseko and contemporary pop culture, Kapsalon de Musicalemphatically distinguishes itself.
