Maya de Weerdt, Committee 30 June / 1 July and Parktheater Eindhoven invite you to a meaningful commemoration of Keti Koti / Kadena Kibrá. An evening in which we consider the slavery past and its legacy in our time. Be touched, inspire and connect during a program full of art, dialogue and music.

What can you expect?

• Performance Hope is the last thing dies
  A powerful multidisciplinary show with theater, dance and music that brings the life story of resistance leader Aguso Boni to life. Written and directed by Maya de Weerdt.
  
  
• Exhibition of Amado Alfadni
  Discover impressive works of art in which themes such as slavery, identity and historical imaging are central.

• Dialogue tables "Postcard on the Future"
  talk about heritage, culture and shared history. Together we explore why this story is so important and how we can translate it into concrete actions.
  
  
• Closing with Caribbean music and delicacies
  Celebrate the life and connection with live music and delicious Caribbean snacks in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
