For everyone who loves and has ever lost someone. I overheard a conversation between three women, they were doing a writing workshop in a monastery. One of them spoke a lot, language was important to her. She said “I'm going to do a dance workshop for people who lost their children”. That was new information, I heard that from the silence that fell. The woman bravely broke the silence and talked about the 6-year-old girl she lost. Then silence again. My heart broke in that silence. Why didn't anyone ask the girl's name? Or her favorite cuddly toy? Why didn't anyone give this mother the chance to bring her child to life in words?

I'm making this performance for her! And for everyone who knows what love is or what loss is. I am a mother who once lost a small child. I madeLove to comfort myself. I have been playing it once a year for ten years as a monument to love and the people we miss. Time for part II. Because I found so many new examples of love, because we all walk around with tears longing to fall.
