Slappebanders - Mies-en-Scène
Slappebanders is a documentary theater performance by Joy Hanraths. Since November 2024, she has been working every week at The weak band in Eindhoven: a special bicycle workshop where people with a variety of backgrounds work together-from former prisoners to pensioners, from people who silently come to empty their heads to others who come for conversations and connection. Their stories come to life in this performance. Not in a theater hall, but on location: between tools and old bicycles.
He lives in Eindhoven.
