Waar is Sarah? - Rob Timmerman
Sharing his experiences contributes to the humanization of boat refugees and does so in a loving way with all the emotions that go with it. The round story is unique. The main character gets a box at sea as a gift. How this "gift" crosses the life of Rob later again, you can see that in this presentation. This is a story that you as a visitor take in your heart and let you look at the world with integrity.
Rob Timmerman exchanged his job as a children's program maker in 2016 for that of social worker in refugee camps and later that of rescue worker on the Central Mediterranean Sea.
He now works five months a year for the Search & Rescue missions of Doctors Without Borders, SOS Mediterranee and Sea Watch. The working area of the NGOs is the Central Mediterranean Sea;With 28,000 victims since 2014 (source: IOM), this is by far the deadliest migration route in the world.
