Dial M for Murder

Dial M for Murder

After the success of the Agatha Christie Trieluik (The Mousetrap, Murder on the Orient Express and Murder on the Nile), Rick Engelkes with Rep Entertainment brings another legendary thriller to the theater. This time the equally dark as an iconic Hitchcock classic Dial M for Murder. With Caroline de Bruijn and Erik de Vogel in the lead roles, together on stage for the first time, this production promises to be a unique and compelling experience. An evening full of intrigue, suspense and unexpected twists.

The life of Margot (Caroline de Bruijn) and Tony (Erik de Vogel) seems perfect. But behind closed doors, Tony breeds on a horrible plan: he wants to kill his wife. While Tony, together with Lesgate (Harpert Michielsen), is planning a plan, Margot plunges into a passionate affair with crime writer Max Halliday (Justus van Dillen). One apparently simple phone call sets all proportions. What starts when a carefully thought out crime changes into a nerve-racking cat and mouse game full of manipulation, trick and deception. It is up to Inspector Hubbard (Roos van Erkel) to find out the truth in this sinister showdown, in which nothing is what it seems.  Or does the murderer stay overmill the police, his victim (and the public)? Puzzle along and get carried away by this classic, full of brilliant twists and intrigues.

With a strong cast, under the direction of Jasper, Dial M for Murder promises to be the must-see of this season for all lovers of thrillers, murdermysteries and truetrime.
