The main character in Solitudes feels misunderstood. Just like many elderly people, for whom life looks more and more, he focuses on the small, simple things. But they are invaluable for him - something that does not seem to understand his environment. The special thing about his story is that, despite the lack of stimuli, he does not accept his fate. On the contrary: he sticks to his small desires and fights for it with a moving determination and dignity. This has inevitable consequences - for himself and for the people around him.
