In this brand new musical from the NJMT, Dodger returns to London, twenty years after his adventures with Fagin. A city bustling with new gangs and street children who dream of the same fairy tale that Oliver once experienced: from beggar to lucky boy. But Dodger knows better than anyone that not every story has a happy ending...

Dodger decides to face his past and retell Oliver's story, his way. He takes today's street urchins under his wing and turns their lives into a real musical. With humor, speed and a good dose of bravado, he shows that there is always hope, even if you end up on the street. Fagin, Nancy, Bill Sykes, Mr. Bumble, all unforgettable characters appear. With a current twist and a new look!

The National Youth Musical Theater (NJMT) forms an indispensable basis in this. As the breeding ground for young talent in the Netherlands, the NJMT offers children and young people from 6 to 18 years old high-quality education in singing, dancing and playing. In addition to lessons in theater, audition training and ballet, they have the unique opportunity to put their talents into practice during a national theater tour. This production is a wonderful example of this: young talent that develops, grows and knows how to touch the audience with full conviction.

This performance is sold by draw. The draw is held at the beginning of the season so that we distribute the tickets as fairly as possible. You can register until June 8. If you have been selected, you will receive a confirmation with a payment link the following week. If you don't hear anything, you will remain on the waiting list for when places become available.
