Meet Taff Rapids, the Bluegrass sensation from Cardiff that storms the international stage.
The band, which consists of the seasoned musicians Darren Eedens, Sion Russell Jones, David Grubb and Clem Saynor, mixes traditional bluegrass classics with catchy originals and contains WelshIn 2024, tours followed by Great Britain, Europe and Canada and a ticket for Folk Alliance International 2025 underlines their growing demand and unmistakable talent.
With exciting performances, rich harmonies and unparalleled instrumental competence, Taff Rapids is ready to become a powerhouse in Bluegrass and beyond, to show the world what Welsh Bluegrass is.
represented by Rootstown Bookings Europe and Strada UK, they have confirmed a number of tours and festivals throughout Europe, where they will bring their new album entitled “Blŵgras”, which will be released on 1 March in Acapela Studios in Cardiff.
This performance has been moved from Thursday 7 May to Thursday 28 May 2026.
