Since his breakthrough in 2014, when he touched the whole of the Netherlands with his rendition of 'Tell me it isn't so', Sjors has developed into one of the most beloved chansonniers in the Netherlands. In this performance he performs work by Frank Boeijen, Jacques Brel, Ramses Shaffy, Liesbeth List, Wim Sonneveld and Stef Bos, among others, supplemented with his own work and translations of French gems by Françoise Hardy, Julien Clerc and ZAZ.

Sjors has now performed 16 times in a sold-out Concertgebouw and has worked with artists such as Duncan Laurence, Edsilia Rombley and Cor Bakker. He wrote the song Altijd Dichtbij in 2025 for the Kristal-winning documentary Anak Indië.
