De Bevers are almost there: a wonderful musical farce
After the great success of their real-life soap, sold-out shows in Ahoy and the comic theater tour, John and Kees de Bever will bring their musical farce to the theaters again in 2027. Directed by Paul van Ewijk, De Bevers are almost there… promises to be a comic theater show full of music, chaos and hilarious complications. John and Kees go on holiday with their camper, but while Kees is looking for relaxation, John cannot stop singing. Along the way they end up at various campsites, including a nudist campsite and a family campsite. Here they become entangled in absurd situations, pursued by a fanatical admirer and surrounded by colorful characters. Expect confusion, fancy dress parties, doors that constantly open and close and of course the greatest hits of John de Bever. With a strong cast, great media fame and a storyline in season 6 of their TV hit De Bevers, this production is a guaranteed success.
