Igone de Jongh, the prima ballerina of the Netherlands, had a glittering career with, among others, The National Ballet, where she emerged as Elévè, danced many leading roles and became the unsurpassed muse of Hans van Manen. In the past two years she created three major performances of her own and was artistic director of the United Ukrainian Ballet Company. Igone's life has been dominated by ballet since her childhood. After a career of more than 25 years, she responds with this masterclass to the request to share her personal experiences and knowledge with the public.
