Stephanie Louwrier
After the successful revolution of the failure and the taboo -breaking show must go on, Stephanie now really shows and hear the back of her tongue. A vocal cord operation and months of forced silence made Stephanie think: what if you can no longer scream and sing, what do you say? Am I honest with myself and others?
Stephanie takes on the ultimate challenge: being honest about everything that goes into her. She takes you into a rollercoaster of honesty, where saying no is the most normal thing in the world, cellulite is just cool and advice from Arie Boomsma is allowed to go back into the fridge.Honest, funny, recognizable and musical. Stephanie Louwrier at her best. And especially enjoy yourself, bring your expectations down, that's the best for everyone.
Stephanie Louwrier is a purebred performer who effortlessly mixes and lift theater to a new level. With a seamless mix of stand-up, rap, ballads and cabaret, Stephanie manages to surprise her audience again and again. She makes One Woman shows with which she makes theaters and festivals unsafe. Her last performance Show Must Go On was overloaded and selected for the Cabaret collection of the Nederlands Theater Festival. In addition, she directed Yentl and De Boer, Valentina Tóth and Damn Honey.
