We are by the sea, our hair dancing in the wind. From the creatures that float in her dark depths. Van Zeevonk that lights up in the spring in blue -green glow. From the "primordial soup" from which all life originated, but that becomes more acidic and turns into a plastic soup. And then Dulse appears, a friend of the past, beachjutster and amateur chef. Nori catches courage again!

In Wier, Nori tells about the wonderful world of the algae, and Dulse learns how to cook with it. Cutting, chopping, steaming and baking, they make all kinds of snacks together with you. Taste the goodies that the sea has to offer is surprised by unprecedented flavors and contribute to a world where it is good to live.

Theater maker Sien Vanmaele is worried about our planet and does not want to stay with the suits. For years she has been looking for an answer to the question: can I save the world with cooking? In Zeemot (2022) she went looking for the food of the future and found a durable, nutritious and tasty alternative to our wasting and polluting food production in seaweed and salty plants. Because they are children who inhabit the world of tomorrow, and they have control over that world.
