Richard Groenendijk
Gelukkig heb je mij nog
After a season playing Edna Turnblad in the hit musical Hairspray, Richard Groenendijk is back with a brand-new solo show: ‘Gelukkig heb je mij nog’.
Groenendijk has become a fixture of Dutch theatre. His previous show ‘Voor iedereen beter’ was received with acclaim by press and public alike, and it earned him the prestigious ‘Poelifinario’, the prize for the best cabaret show of that season. A prize, incidentally, that he was receiving for the second time in his career.
In ‘Gelukkig heb je mij nog’, Groenendijk once again takes the audience by the hand through his life. A colourful life in which there is always a fire to put out somewhere.
