Seniorenmarkt

This annual event for seniors is organized by SeniorenBelang Valkenswaard (SBV). It is intended for the over-50s of Valkenswaard and seniors in the region as an informative meeting. With free admission.

Previously a market with many exhibitors where visitors were informed and could ask specific questions. That will change on the last Saturday of September.

The organizing SBV focuses on active information transfer. This takes place in the Court Jester rooms according to a fixed timetable. Visitors can follow several of these presentations and ask their questions there. These are thematic presentations that are specifically aimed at elderly matters, such as health, care, living, well-being, exercise and creativity. And the organizations show more of themselves than just at a market stall.

In addition, the old-style information market continues as usual and seniors can visit many exhibitors in the Hofnar building, enjoy the fun and meet acquaintances. The starting point for this approach is to inform visitors even better about the latest developments in typical senior citizen affairs.
