Winter in Sokcho
Ticket sales for the Tuesday afternoon films are unplaced, which means that there are no fixed seats and seat numbers. You can choose a place yourself in the afternoon.
In the snowy coastal town of Sokcho, South Korea, Soo-Hah leads a routine life. She works as a receptionist and mainly has her mother and distant boyfriend for company. When French comic artist Yan Kerrand arrives in search of inspiration for his work, Soo-Hah's life begins to change dramatically.
As she introduces him to the area, the local fish market and the border with North Korea, a cautious bond grows between them. Through his gaze, Soo-Hah discovers a new side of her country and of herself. Meanwhile, questions about her own identity and about her French father, about whom she knows hardly anything, grow.
