End of season – Introdans

End of season - Introdans

Dans & ballet

New makers are introduced, special guest dancers appear, and the company looks back on collaborative projects with artists and organizations from other disciplines.

on the program, among other things. Floating Flowers by choreographer Po-Cheng Tsai from 2014 and the much-praised Susto from Lightfoot & Leon from 1994. In this the dancers play on the sounds of the 5th Symphony of Beethoven with a sand beam. In the duet floating flowers contrast the frolicking movements of the dancers with the heavy undertones of the strings. Both pieces of balancing with light and dark;In addition, the ballet promenade can be seen by choreographer Robert Battle, a dynamic, playful satire about social norms and values. And finally the iconic solo caught by choreographer David Parsons. A fusion of art and technology, where perfect timing and athletic endurance are required.

In addition to these treasures from the repertoire collection of Introdans, the company presents a sizzling fragment from pink panther party by choreographers Adriaan Luteijn and Chantal de Vries. A swinging performance full of disco joy from the seventies about tolerance with an inclusive cast, with which we always make room for everyone's individuality. The icing on the (salmiak) cake this evening!

  • Come this evening - entirely in style of the performance - dressed in black and white
