Humans 2.0 - Circa
Ten bodies appear in a flash of light. They move in harmony for a fleeting moment and then descend into a sinuous trance. Human towers grow and fall apart, bodies spring up and are captured. The physical boundaries are pushed to the limit. Can we ever find a perfect balance or is moving with constant change the only way forward?
Humans 2.0is a commission from the Mondavi Center, UC Davis. It is the next chapter in Circa's internationally acclaimed Humans series. A tightly designed choreography of bodies, pulsating to music by composer Ori Lichtik in the dramatic lighting of Paul Jackson. Humans 2.0, created by circus visionary Yaron Lifschitz, is a visual spectacle, suitable for young and old.
