We Will Rock You is set in a not-so-distant future, where large internet companies control the world and real, honest pop and rock music is banned. Will the rebels manage to break this ban? Does real rock music win?
The roof will undoubtedly come off at this show! With a large live band and a top Dutch cast, approved by Queen members Brian May and Roger Taylor. With Nyassa Alberta, Magtel de Laat and Lucas Hamming, among others.
With more than 300 million records sold, Queen is one of the biggest rock bands in the world. There will be several anniversaries to celebrate for the British band in 2025 and 2026. For example, the album A Night at the Opera and the hit Bohemian Rhapsody (more than 2 billion streams) will be celebrating their 50th anniversary at the end of 2025, and the album A Day at the Races including Somebody to Love will also celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2026. In that year, the album A Kind of Magic marks the magical 40th anniversary and iconic singer Freddie Mercury would have turned 80 on September 5, 2026. There is no better way to celebrate his life and the music of Queen than with We Will Rock You.
