Hermes Ahmadi
As an Afghan refugee, Hermes comes from a hospitable and generous culture and now he has an Excel Sheet to keep track of his little administration.
From the first time “eating” with Dutch friends, to “AZC get rid of it”, Hermes hopes to make Dutch people look at other cultures differently with his jokes, stories and anecdotes, but above all come and have a good laugh.
Because after years of searching, Hermes has found a place where he always feels welcome, and that is the beautiful Dutch theaters!
You are of course very welcome to his performance.
Hermes Ahmadi (1987) is a versatile appearance on stage. In 2018 he started with cabaret and soon ended up in the finals of, among others. Leeuwarder Cabaret Festival and Puck's Cabaret Talent. Since then he has traveled throughout the country as a comedian and has collected a rich range of stories and material. He participated in the Leids Cabaret Festival in 2024 and reached the final during Cameretten!
He also recently made his TV debut in a cameo on RTL's The Box.
Hermes is narrative, but also goes for sharp and unexpected jokes, special characters and recognizable and especially bizarre topics, such as integration, climate change, flixbus, frikandelles and flashmeister.
