Het uur van de waarheid

The hour of truth De Prijs is an exciting, new Dutch play based on events that took place in Haaksbergen, Twente, in 2005. In addition to renowned actor Stefan de Walle, the best actors of the new generation shine: Daniël Kolf (Theo d'Or winner), Bilal El Aoumari (Golden Calf winner), Achraf Koutet and comedian Donny Ronny (formerly Stefano Keizers). 

Four friends who work together at a fast food chain hatch a daring plan during their night shift: a bank robbery. Because one of them is doing an internship at the bank, they have the keys and codes, so what could go wrong? More than expected. The lock appears to have been replaced and the codes do not work at night. In a last-ditch effort to save their plan, they go to the bank manager's house  (Stefan de Walle) to have him give them the correct codes. But they also appear to only work in the early morning. And so they stay. All night. What follows is an exciting psychological cat-and-mouse game in which it becomes increasingly unclear who is actually in control.
