Remko Vrijdag goes on stage alone again. That promises another unpredictable evening full of absurd twists. His first solo program Friday, Doomsday was unanimously praised. NRC gave the performance five stars and the show was nominated for a Poelifinario, the most important cabaret prize. Critics especially praised Vrijdag's ability to bring together chaos, fantasy and social commentary in his own, inimitable style. Well, quite a lot then. With new stories, songs, unexpected perspectives and, yes, parodies. Especially that of a certain Daddy-calling ex-prime minister who keeps following him around. It drives him crazy. Or maybe he has been that for a long time, our fool in this crazy world?
