Comedian Alex Ploeg is back with a new show! In recent seasons he toured sold-out theatres with his hilariously honest show ‘Unplugged’, which earned him a shower of stars and a nomination for the Poelifinario, the cabaret prize for the best show of the year.
Now he has got a taste for it and is back with try-outs of his new show ‘Niks Persoonlijks’. Because Alex is done with all that soft stuff. He no longer minces his words. Takes up space. Spares no one. But would like to apologise in advance.

About Alex Alex Ploeg is a member of Comedytrain and performs there regularly. He was named thé Comedy Talent by de Volkskrant and one of the ‘most promising cabaret performers of the decade’ by NRC. He has also been nominated twice for the Neerlands Hoop and once for the Poelifinario. Alex created and made the satirical sketch show Klikbeet, and has appeared on TV programmes such as Zondag met Lubach, Dit Was Het Nieuws and Last One Laughing (LOL). In 2024 he made his stage acting debut in the acclaimed play Wie is er bang voor Virginia Woolf?, and in 2025 his big-screen debut in the film Straf. He can also be heard every week on the popular podcast De Hete Brij.
