In more and more places we see the power of the big mouth, the power of big money, the power of men in suits and agents with reflective sunglasses and an earpiece in their earpiece. Political leaders, lobbyists, tech bros, influencers, marketers, speakers at the talk show table and many others with whom you would rather not share the scarce oxygen. They are everywhere, and they are shameless.
So 2026 is going to really need a New Year's Eve performance, so I'm going to fill 2026 with a swirling amount of stand-up energy, plus poetry, plus a number of Big Questions for my audience, plus all the improvisation for which I am given the space. Because I don't find activism in the theater to be a problem at all, as long as there is lots and lots of laughter for 100 minutes.
So, hence... In June, August, September, October, November and December 2026, in at least 90 beautiful places. Shameless.
