Tobi Kooiman
The try-outs of ‘Best Of 4’ are coming!
A cabaret performer, that’s what he is. And a mathematician. Tobi Kooiman. He plays with logic, tackles life’s big questions and everyday issues, and happily accepts that the audience laughs shamelessly all the way through. It won him the audience award at Cameretten, and his full-length debut, ‘Best Of’, was a breath of fresh air with hits galore, according to cabaret.nl (★★★★★). The show was broadcast by BNNVARA and is now on Spotify and NPO Start.
The sequel, ‘Best Of 2’, was also a huge success. Theaterparadijs, for example, called the show in a class of its own within the cabaret genre. Innovative, surprising and incredibly funny (★★★★), and after the premiere audiences spoke of the best theatre show of the past 3 years. Because of this success the show was extended, with one change: the title became ‘Best Of 3’. That left everyone wanting more. So now he’s back with his third show: ‘Best Of 4’.
