In collaboration with visual artist Roel Weerdenburg, worlds are created in which sound and image merge into a total experience.

With layered songs, poetic lyrics and compelling visuals, LAKSHMI creates a cinematic experience in which you as an audience are not only a spectator, but also part of a vulnerable, comforting and sometimes confrontational journey.

LAKSHMI is a songwriter, singer and theater maker. In her atmospheric electronic pop she interweaves themes such as activism, personal growth and love into a layered, idiosyncratic musical world. Her fascination with different art forms is expressed in magical-realistic video clips and compelling live shows, in which music and images reinforce each other.
