The MidwinterSalsa festival takes place in collaboration with the Wim van Doorne Music Kiosk and Salsapati Dance School, located next to the Parktheater. At the request of the many salsa dancers, we are organizing the swinging salsa party in the middle of winter for the second time. The attractive Grand Foyer of the Parktheater, with its excellent wooden dance floor, appears to be a perfect location for this.

Salsa band Bambuko provides the musical energy live, alternating with danceable sets by DJ Aldair. There is also a dazzling salsa demonstration. The afternoon starts at 1:30 PM with a free workshop for beginners by Salsapati dance school, led by dance teacher Lea.

Everyone can learn the basic steps here, so that you can join in the rest of the afternoon with the wonderful salsa, bachata, cha cha and other Latin music. So, make sure you are there on time!
