Andries Tunru
Things are going well for Andries Tunru! His previous show received ★★★★★ and was nominated for a Poelifinario (the award for the best cabaret show of the season); you can’t keep him off the telly (from De Slimste Mens to Beat the Champions to Spijkers met Koppen), and he also tours the country as one half of improv duo Beperkt Houdbaar.
Has the bloke got any time left, then? He certainly has. So here comes his fourth cabaret show: Ravot.
And in it, we investigate: are we really drifting further and further apart? Can eating noises make you just as angry as the noise around a talk-show table? And is it really so bad not to want to talk to your neighbour who votes differently? Because Andries is more than happy to bridge the divides in society – but, if at all possible, without the people on the other side of the divide.
With sharp jokes, astonishing improvisation and even a dash of acrobatics, Andries makes a surprisingly warm plea. And all in his very, véry funniest show yet!
