A boy (played by Romijn Scholten) is celebrating the end of secondary school with his friends. While they dream of the world beyond the village, he becomes ever more entangled in a complicated relationship with an older teacher. What begins as a confusing desire grows into a secret that slowly unsettles everything.

When the teacher’s ten-year-old daughter becomes involved, an unexpected encounter brings everything to a head.

Lucky Blue is a penetrating, rhythmic story about love, boundaries and the consequences when those boundaries blur. With audacity and disarming honesty, actor Romijn Scholten takes you along on a young adult’s search.
