After the success of Grijs Ge Draaid, Kamerata Zuid and the National Elderly Fund return with this ode to the most beautiful Dutch-language classics, performed live by the string orchestra and this time they have invited singer Francis van Broekhuizen. She is one of the most versatile opera singers in the Netherlands, but also known for musicals such as 'The Sound of Music' and TV programs such as 'Maestro'. This is followed by the concert, in which music and movement come together. Under the guidance of choreographer Andrew Greenwood, you will experience how you can move to music while sitting in your chair, with a smile and a good effect on body and mind. Afterwards, the National Fund for the Elderly invites you to the atmospheric 'Music Café' to chat, share memories and meet new people. It promises to be a musical afternoon full of recognition, encounters and fun. In recent years, Kamerata Zuid has presented a surprisingly classic sound with various artists. From Eloi Youssef and Ellen ten Damme to Karin Bloemen and Maarten Heijmans. The string orchestra has existed for ten years and is celebrating this with a special edition of Grijs Ge Draaid with Francis van Broekhuizen.
