Relive the ultimate rock ballads of the 90s!

Who didn’t grow up in the 90s with those iconic double CDs? Knuffelrock was more than music; it was the soundtrack to first loves, broken hearts and endless evenings in your bedroom. Timeless hits by Rod Stewart, Phil Collins, Cyndi Lauper, Diana Ross, Lionel Richie and many others.

Expect a full evening of stirring rock ballads. The cast is truly the 'crème de la crème': musical star John Vooijs (Tarzan, Mama Mia!, We Will Rock You) and the phenomenal PATRICIA (The Voice, NL covers with 15+ million views), accompanied by an absolutely top-class band: Edwin de Groot, Marcel Fisser (Beste zangers), Tessa Boomkamp (Edwin Evers Band), Marcel de Groot and Leon Wildner (Heeren van Aemstel) and Bas Uijtdewilligen (Ogene).

With millions of CDs sold in the Netherlands and Flanders, Knuffelrock grew into an unprecedentedly successful musical phenomenon. The first edition appeared in 1990 and was an instant hit: a carefully compiled collection of the most beautiful, sweeping love songs of the moment. Ballads, duets and soft pop formed the soundtrack of a generation – and with it, of countless love stories.
