Meet Lonne, a talented actress trying to find her place in the world in a way that is both painfully recognisable and hilarious.
In this semi-autobiographical show we follow her search. Is anyone waiting for her? Does she matter? Why do others seem to glide through life so smoothly, while she falls flat on her face every five minutes?
With humour, self-mockery and shamelessness, Lonne creates a world of her own around that awkward feeling that you just don’t quite understand life. A painfully recognisable, raw and at the same time hilarious portrait of a woman trying to break through – not only as an actress, but above all as a person.
As an audience you laugh at the characters and their struggles, but somewhere deep down you feel: this is about me too.
