In Panama Pictures' new performance, Don't Despair, more and more certainties disappear, step by step. The monumental hanging structure, which carries the performers, shifts and falls apart until only fragments remain - a radical transformation that demands a lot from the performers: they are forced to surrender to new situations. The crumbling of their collective support also gives the performers new possibilities for movement and brings more dynamics.
